Savoy is a fun sized sweetheart! She is about 1 year old and around 35 lbs. We think she could be a Lab and Terrier mix but she is likely a hodgepodge of many breeds. Savoy came to Labs and More pregnant and has spent the last several weeks diligently caring for her pups. Now her puppies are close to 2 months old and Savoy is finished with parenthood permanently. Savoy is an affectionate and wiggly girl that takes time to warm up to new people, but once she knows you and trusts you, you have a friend for life. She likes to cuddle and give kisses. She gets along with other dogs that don't get all up in her face and space at first. She has just started playing with the dogs in her foster home and seems to prefer similar sized dog friends that like to wrestle with her. On walks, when she sees cats or rabbits, she definitely thinks they should be chased so would do best in a home without kitties.

Savoy enjoys playing with toys and going for walks. She tailors her lifestyle to match yours. If you want to go for a long hike or short jog, this girl is game. If you want to spend all day watching movies on the couch, Savoy is your couch lounging partner in crime. She is still brushing up on her manners and learning not to jump or reach out with her paws to grab at your legs in excitement. She's not always aware of herself in space and may knock little children over. At the same time, Savoy is very gentle taking treats, food motivated and eager to please. She is working on crate training in her foster home and is house trained when let out in the backyard periodically for breaks. She is quiet and well mannered in the house. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Savoy, then fill out an adoption application on our website today! We recommend completing the application process and connecting with a adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.
