Calling all Malinois lovers! Find your new exercise bestie in Pita! She is around 3 years old and we think she is a Belgian Malinois and Shepherd mix. This girl is always ready to hop in the car for her next adventure at your side! True to her breed mix, she is a very active girl looking for an equally active family that can positively channel her energy through exercise, training and fun games. She goes on several walks with her foster family and would love to be your new hiking companion or running buddy. She enjoys playing with tennis balls and playing with toys. Once she gets her exercise out, she is sweet and easygoing and is actually pretty mellow around the house. Pita is very smart and has learned to heel on leash and several basic commands, including Sit, Down, Leave It, Wait, and Go to Your Bed. She is good with the dog savvy cats in her foster home. She is nonreactive with other dogs on walks and has made a few dog friends outside the home but she's not really interested in sharing her home with other dogs. For now, she would do best as an only dog in her home. Pita would also do best with a family that is home more often than not or can take her with them to work. She promises to be on her best behavior and is a solid work-from-home partner. Pita has a lot of love to give and can't wait to share it with you! If you are interested in meeting Pita, please submit an adoption application on our website. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.

Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.
