Sweet Snowball's story is one of resiliency. This poor mama was found emaciated and chained to wall with her four puppies. Labs and More took this family in and got them the care they desperately needed. Several meals, a warm bed and loving foster home and now Snowball is full of life and ready to go! We think she is around 4 years old is possibly a Terrier and Shepherd mix. She is likely a mix of many breeds with those floppy ears and long, thin legs. Snowball is a playful girl that loves toys and has warmed up to the other dog she is fostered with. Her foster mom often finds them cuddled up together! She has learned to share with him and would love a dog sibling to play with! While she doesn't love every dog she meets on leash (sometimes she just gets too excited!), she redirects well and is doing better with training and consistency. Off leash, she loves making new dog friends and playing with them. She also likes to cuddle close to her people and is always down for a good belly rub.

Snowball is still brushing up on her manners, including jumping and getting overly excited at meal time. This smarty pants has learned "sit", "come", "down", "shake", and "speak" in her foster home. She is a vocal girl that may not do best in a home with shared walls like an apartment. She is crate trained and walks well on leash. She goes for 2 walks a day with the occasional 3 to 6 mile hike with her foster family. She is full of spunk, is very playful, and enjoys exploring. She would make a great all-around adventure buddy. Snowball is still working on her confidence and will need a patient family ready to commit to the continued training and socialization she will need. She's got a lot of life and love to give to her perfect forever family!
