Get the party started with Tiki! This 3 year old Lab mix is a total lovebug. As you can see, he thinks he's a lapdog! He is friendly with other dogs and likes to play but always circles back to check in with his people. Tiki gets a little overexcited around cats and will need a home without any kitties. He also gets excited for walk time but once he settles into a groove, he has great leash manners. After his walk, he is pretty content to mellow out - he is no marathoner and is low to medium energy-wise. Due to his mellow and easygoing nature, he would be an awesome dog to take to work. He'd also be a great beach buddy and will make a wonderful addition to his forever family. Tiki is a distemper survivor from before he was rescued and while he has fully recovered, he does have the telltale tick. It doesn't affect his quality of life at all except he won't be a dog that can for hikes for several miles (nor does he want to...he'd much rather snooze in your lap on the couch, all 70lbs of him!). If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Tiki, then fill out an adoption application on our website today! We recommend completing the application process and connecting with a adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.

Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.
