Foxtail is her name and snuggles are her game! You would never guess by seeing her now, but this girl had a rough start to life, found on the streets, pregnant, and with two pelvis fractures. Under our care she raised a healthy puppy and is now ready to find a forever home where she can do her favorite thing - snuggle in her human’s lap!

Foxtail is around 2 years old and looks to possibly be a Terrier and Shepherd mix. She is a perfect medium size at 35 lbs. She is an easy going and friendly girl. She gets along well with other dogs, though seems to prefer the company of humans more. She is house trained and crate trained. Her pelvis injuries are healed and don’t hold her up much; she is still working on building up her strength and endurance and may not be your weekend warrior buddy but she loves her walks around the neighborhood and has no problems climbing up onto the sofa and into your lap (did we mention this girl loves snuggles?). Because she is calm and well behaved in public, she would make a great companion for a picnic in the park, drinks at a brewery, or brunch at your favorite dog-friendly restaurant.
