Davenport of the Yale pups has beautiful caramel eyes, delicate eyelashes, and a gentle heart! This little Ivy Leaguer is super sweet and ready to become a loving part of your family. He is a Terrier and Boxer mix around 4 months old. His mama, Yale, is a sweet girl who is on the medium to large side at 45 lbs. We don't know dad so we aren't sure what else Davenport is mixed with, but he sure is adorable. Davenport is slim and on the petite side so we think he will likely be medium in size when he is done growing. Davenport is curious, affectionate, and loves to give kisses. He is a little unsure of strangers but once he knows you, he leans in close for belly rubs! He is treat motivated, learning his commands, and is good around large dogs and cats. He warms up to dogs quickly and would love a dog sibling in his forever home. He loves his walks around town and likes to play with toys. He is good about "kenneling up" at night and is housetrained in his foster home. He also knows Sit, Stay and Leave It.

Davenport is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. We require all puppy adopters to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and socialization. Additionally, this sweetheart is going to need proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love to grow up to be the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside; they must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting a puppy, then fill out an adoption application on our website today! We recommend completing the application process and connecting with a adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.

Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.
