Mama Castle delivered her puppies just before arriving with Labs and More rescue. Luckily one of our experienced litter foster homes was able to take this family in and Castle has spent the last several weeks diligently caring for her puppies and gaining her own strength back. Now she is ready to put parenthood behind her in favor of a family to call her own. Castle is around 2 years old and is a solid medium sized girl. She has a Boxer face with floppy ears but at only 35 lbs, we think she may have a few other breeds in her mix like Terrier. Castle is very sweet, people oriented and happiest at your side. She enjoys going for walks and walks well on leash. She isn't too keen on sharing her people's attention with other dogs and prefers to be the one and only dog in her forever home. She is not interested in dog social playdates or going to dog parks or dog beaches; these places make her uncomfortable and she would prefer solo adventures with her humans instead such as hiking and camping trips. Because she loves her people so much, she needs a home where her humans are around more often than not or work from home. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Castle, then fill out an adoption application on our website today! We recommend completing the application process and connecting with a adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.

Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.
