This year, we ask for your help raising $120,000 for our most important Fundraising Event of the Year, Bark in the Barn. Our virtual auction event depends on donations and sponsorships from you. In just days, it will be critical that we raise these funds to continue saving dogs like Jamal.
Jamal’s story inspires us to all make this Bark in The Barn the most successful event of our past 11 years! In one of the worst abuse case we’ve seen in years, Jamal was bound, beaten, starved, broken and left to suffer a painful end to his life. However, because of our Community, he is now recovering after major surgery. Jamal’s journey won’t be easy or inexpensive, but good will prevail.
Gifts come in many different forms, and for the dogs in our care, the gift of kindness matter the most.
Thanks to generous supporters like you, we were able to raise money for his first round of surgeries, but like Jamal, there are many dogs in need. We need to hit our goal and must secure donations, donated goods, services, and sponsorships.

FUND A NEED
Sometimes, dogs in our care need extra love and time with us to get medical care, recover and rest. Often, these dogs will call our facility home for weeks or stay with a foster family. Sponsoring a pet or food bank is a great way to directly know where your donation is going.
Jamal was the worst abuse case we’ve seen. He was left beaten, broken and left to suffer a painful end to his life. Fortunately, goodness prevailed and rescued by Labs and More where he is recovering from the needed surgeries to mend his broken body.
Our food bank has dwindled and we are down to the last few months for our adult dogs and maybe two months for our moms and puppies. Sadly, we can’t mismatch the foods or our dogs will suffer stomach issues. Please help restock our food bank of dog food.
Often times, puppies born of rescued mamas are frail, underweight, and scared. Puppies born in our facility are cared for immediately, but the litters found on the streets need the extra care and comfort shelters cannot provide. Please help by sponsoring a little of puppies.
