Meet Tulsa! She is about 2 years old and is a super sweet Rat Terrier and Chihuahua mix. She is perfect lap size and just as loving as can be! This adorable girl came to us with an injured leg and sadly we were not able to save her leg, but she is learning to navigate life without it. She still loves to run and play. Tulsa is housetrained, crate trained, and gets along with other dogs in her foster home.
