Spritz up your life with Spritz herself! This precious girl was born with Labs and More, is a Shepherd mix and is about 60 lbs. She is a special dog looking for a special family that can see past her initial shyness and cautious personality to the true diamond in the rough that she is. With time and the resident dog in her foster home, she has become closely bonded to all the members in her foster family and with neighbors and family friends who have dogs she loves. Her foster mom spends time taking Spritz and her foster dog sibling to the beach. She loves to run on the sand and in the water. She rides great in the car especially when she knows she is headed to the beach! However, she does not like going into buildings she is unfamiliar with like Petco, Home Depot and is more of a homebody than a dog you can take anywhere. Spriz is house and crate trained in her current environment. She loves to go on walks and is good on leash. She has great house manners and is affectionate with her family.
Spritz is a girl who needs a couple times meeting new people to be her best. She is very dog friendly and makes new dog friends well when in her comfort zone. Her future forever family will need a friendly and playful dog to help bolster her confidence and make her more comfortable. Spritz would be perfectly happy being a homebody dog as long as walks and enrichment are part of her life but her forever family should be ready and open to continuing her confidence training and socialization so that she can truly blossom. If you are interested in Spritz, we would love to have you spend time privately with her and set up multiple visits so you can see what an amazing girl she is when she has learned YOU. She is great with other dogs and would be a great second dog.
If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Spritz, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.
Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.
