Country is around 2 years old and we believe she is a beautiful Black Labrador Retriever mix. She came to us pregnant and delivered her equally adorable puppies not soon after. After being an attentive and loving mama, she is finished with parenthood and ready to move on to a forever home where she can be the center of attention. Country is a very sweet and loving girl that just wants the attention and love of her people. Country loves her walk time and she gets very excited when you ask her if she wants to go on a walk so we often whisper the words! In her foster home, she is both house and crate trained and sleeps through the night quietly in her crate. During the day she can be left in her crate for 5 to 6 hours when needed. Country is a strong girl with a goofy personality. She will need an experience Lab owner who knows when it is playtime and when it is calm time. She settles nicely when asked and after she gets a good walk. Country does very well with children and tends to gravitate toward the young ones. Due to her size and enthusiastic personality, we suggest no kids younger than 3. She listens well and is very eager to learn and to please her people. Country is looking for a family who will take her out for hikes, walks and even a run. She would prefer someone who is home more often than not and who will let her be your best friend with lots of hugs! If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Country, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.
