Sweet Dazy and her sister Baily were left at a shelter after a backyard breeder no longer wanted them. These sweet girls spent most of their life delivering and raising puppies. Those days are behind them now. Our goal now is to get Dazy what she needs to enjoy the later year of her life. Sadly, we realized soon after we saved her that she she was in desperate need of surgery on both her hips. Walking was extremely painful and difficult for this older sweet chocolate Labrador. After spending her life locked in a pen, jumping up for attention or trying to see her people or find a way out deteriorated her muscles causing injury. She will undergo two extensive surgeries and then will be available to find her loving forever home. She is just a love herself and leans on you for hugs and scratches. She just wants to spend time by your side with a pat every now and that is beyond joyful for her. This girl has a heartful of love and kindness to share with the family who will spend her life journey with her. This girl is a one of a kind. We are still learning about her so more to come soon. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Dazy, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.
